You are a spiritual being,
here as a human, created in the image of God. Know this deeply, and bring forth that which already resides within. No matter how dark it sometimes feels, the Light never abandons you. Kathie

"I am not bound for any public place, but for ground of my own where I have planted vines and orchard trees, and in the heat of the day climbed up into the healing shadow of the woods." ~Wendell Berry Yesterday was a peaceful day and I am grateful for the time I had in the healing shadow of the woods with a client and with my dog, Buddy. Priceless. I often take clients to the creek as it is place of profound harmony, balance and peace. After an energy session we go here to ground, to connect, to absorb. With our bare feet resting on warm rocks or dipped in the cool water, any residual stress literally flows off and away............... When was the last time you connected with the woods? Mother Nature has provided us with everything we need to maintain balance and harmony within. Earth medicine. A group journey to the light of awareness.........
Divine Spirit moves and works through each of us in a manner completely unique to our own journey, yet energetically we also move as a group. Everything you do to increase your vibration affects the vibration of the group as well. Divine light shines in each of us. How it shines, when it shines, where it shines - it doesn't matter. The light is within all and it will express in it's own manner and in it's own time. Our journey is to open the window and follow the light. You will unfold at precisely the right time in your own evolution and your unfolding benefits all of us. Kathie Become a Child of the Spirit
The awakening of your spirit is not something that has been sanctioned for the perfect person, at least not by some subjective measuring stick of people by other people. The blooming of the light in your own being has been graciously given to you by God. When you become of a child of the Spirit, Spirit moves you. Spirit is the Divine breath of God. When you meditate, when you are in a still and quiet place, practice welcoming in Spirit. As you inhale, imagine you are breathing in the breath of God. Feel this Divine breath circulate through you. As the Spirit moves through you your heart expands and as your heart expands you open the door for Grace. I see that raw, primal, fierce part of you.
That part of you that gets antsy with prolonged confinement in the safety of the walls of your home. That part of you that’s restless when the wind blows. That part of you that yearns, deeply, to connect your bare feet to the pulse and energy of the Earth, feel it between your toes and become One with it’s organic natural power. Answer the call of the wild, my dear. Seek out that which can only be found by communing with the force of nature that still carries your ancestral spirits in the dust of the wind. For all that technology has given us, it cannot replace that insuppressible desire to be wild, free, untethered. So run, darling, with bare feet. Howl from the hillsides. Dig your hands into the soft dirt. Plug into the Original Power Source. Breathe. --------------------------------- Original post credit Your Inner Pilot Light https://www.facebook.com/YourInnerPilotLight artwork Susan Seddon Boulet Heart Coherence Technique
This exercise is so lovely and harmonizing. It uses the power of your heart to balance thoughts and emotions. It will help you reduce stress in the moment, when you are feeling anxious, frustrated, stressed or angry. Step 1: Close your eyes and focus on your heart and the area around it. Place your hands over your chest to keep your focus there. Step 2: Breathe deeply, but normally, imagining your breath is coming in and out of your heart. Caress and calm your heart center as Divine healing breath circulates through your heart. Breathe this way until you find a natural rhythm that feels good for you. Step 3: Heart Feeling. Maintain your heart focus and your heart breathing and think of a positive experience or when you felt really really good inside. Think of a special friend, family member, your dog or cat or a special place that gives you positive feelings. This is the most important step. Wrap yourself in that feeling <3 Hold this thought. B R E A T H E in and out through your heart until you feel calm and balanced. Ahhhhhhhhhhh namaste Be exceptional!
Wow! I love everything about this quote from . I have 2 daughters. Both are brilliant. One took to standardized testing easier than the other. These tests are cookie cutter to "one size fits all" with no allowance for differences in learning, differences in thinking, differences in processing, differences in expressing. I finally got to the point that I said "Screw it. Do your best and shine your own way". Needless to say, they both shine and they are both doing it their own way. Brilliantly. The Triple Warmer meridian governs the immune system, the fight-flight-or-freeze response, and the body's survival habits. During times of stress it kicks in to protect you. However, if the stress does not let up then neither does Triple Warmer - it has no intention of letting go because it really wants to take care of you. Sometimes you need to let Triple Warmer know when it's okay to relax. Sedating your Triple Warmer meridian helps calm your mind and relieve stress. Do this exercise slowly. It feels awesome. Place the fingers of each hand vertically in the middle of your forehead. Breathe deeply. Slowly S T R E T C H your forehead open, dragging your fingers across your temples and just above your ears. Continue to breathe deeply while sliding your fingers down and behind your ears, smoothing your skin while maintaining pressure. Continue to drag your fingers down, along the sides of your neck, and then let them hang on the back of your neck, with firm pressure at your shoulders. Breathe deeply. Relax. Repeat until you feel yourself bathed in calm. One last time, repeat again then slowly slide your hands around to the front of your neck, letting them cross over each other until one hand rests on top of the other. Slide both hands down over the top of your heart. Hold here for several deep breaths. Ahhhhhh. This exercise is so relaxing. So calming. Truly one of my favorites when I'm stressed. It's also a good to idea to mentally honor the care Triple Warmer has given you as you are sedating it. It is the mastermind of your immune system. Thank it for its care and protection and its role in keeping you alive and healthy and assure it that it can release a little bit for now. Triple Warmer works very closely with spleen so it's a good idea when sedating Triple Warmer to strengthen spleen. I will post that routine tomorrow. Kathie stay warm. stay calm. Hold Your Hand
Even the simplest energy techniques can help you balance your energies. Stressed? Anxious? Can't sleep? Depressed. Take one hand and fully wrap your fingers around the thumb of your other hand. Hold your thumb for 5-10 minutes until you feel yourself relaxing. You can even do this in bed when an over-active mind keeps you from sleeping. Or how about during a stressful meeting with your boss when you're trying to hold it all together? Babies suck their thumbs for a reason. It's not just the sucking; they are putting pressure on and relaxing all those thumb points that calm their energies. Kathie enjoy this awesome chart showing all the fingers and what energies you can influence through holding them. to learn more about Jin Shin Jyutsu go to https://www.jsjinc.net/ |
