"We all come into this life with a backpack. Our mission is to unload all of what we
carried with us". ~ Thomas Huebl
I love this quote from Thomas!
The fears we carry around in our backpack are the leftover energies from unhealed
wounds of the past. Think about it. When an experience is over, it is done.
But, often the energies created from that experience stick with us, be they energies
of joy or energies of fear. This includes both personal energies and energies of the
collective. We come into this world carrying a backpack of unresolved fears. How
many times do we want to hand this same backpack to the next me?
It is time to unpack the leftover energies of fear from our backpacks. There is no need
to carry them around anymore. So go ahead, look inside and see what you are afraid of.
Pull it out, deal with it and then don't put it back in.
Your journey will be so much easier and so much more joyful when you lighten the load.
