Beautiful new mushroom still unfolding, then gone the next day. Perhaps food for another.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Contract.
Expand.
Pull in.
Let go.
Birth.
Death.
Nature mirrors our journey and does not judge whether the inhaling or the exhaling is better or worse. It just is. There are beginnings and there are endings. It is all part of the journey.
Birth. Death. They are the same. They are a transition point.
So be still.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
In the birthing of a new consciousness there will be contractions.
But there will also be expansion. It is the natural order.
Be still.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Don't fight the transitions.
They transform you.
Life is so precious.
And so fragile.
And we seldom know when the transitions are coming.
Don't waste it.
~ Messages From the Creek
I took a Master Class with Grace last night and this was a big part of the lesson. I went out into the woods this morning as I do every day, with no particular agenda or thought other than being in the woods and listening to the whispers.
A significant portions of Grace's teachings were mirrored in nature today. Or at least the portion of her teaching that whispered to me today.
A huge smile on my face right now.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Into the light. Transition. Transformation. Wake up.
Home.
Home.
